The Suhum Municipal Assembly, led by Hon. Lydia Ohenewa Sarah, held a successful town hall meeting in Nankese and Akorabo to promote transparency and discuss the municipality’s progress. The MCE presented the “Better Resetting” agenda, focusing on improved service delivery, infrastructure, and community involvement. Key topics included sanitation efforts, ongoing projects like toilet construction and desilting,construction of an ict centre and new safety measures for motorcycle transport (“Okada”), including bylaw enforcement, safety checks, and upcoming training and other matters. The Assembly seeks stakeholder cooperation to achieve these goals.
